New For 2013!

Last week I made my mind up to change my training rotation for 2013.  I finished up 2012 with this rotation:

Day 1: BackDay 2: Shoulders, Triceps | Day 3: Quads | Day 4: OFF | Day 5: Chest, Biceps | Day 6: Hamstrings | Day 7: OFF | Repeat rotation

Tomorrow, my new training rotation will look something like this:

Day 1: Quads | Day 2: Chest, Triceps | Day 3: OFF | Day 4: Back | Day 5: Hamstrings | Day 6: Shoulders, Biceps | Day 7: OFF | Repeat rotation

I am getting myself mentally ready to dive head first into my training tomorrow.  I have taken the past few days off so that I can be fresh when I return to training.  I have three competitions that I am trying to win in 2013 and one of the best ways to get myself one step closer to bringing those dreams into reality is to make some changes so that I can keep making progress.  Simply put: It's on now!!!!!
